Visual Display of Your Project: design boards, 3D model of your space with selected materials, estimate of overall cost for presented design.

Phase Three - Management + Construction Administration

(this is when the project cost shifts to an hourly rate)


Step 5

Order Placement + Receiving of Goods

Ordering and Receiving Goods. We like to ensure all finishes and fixtures for construction are on order and align with your renovation/construction timeline. We will continue receiving the “layers of love” = furniture, decor, art, etc and store till all has arrived.

Initiation of Refresh, Renovations and or Construction
